End of Day Reports

1-Cash Taking Report
This report can be printed off per user prior to cashing up at the end of each shift to verify all receipts and transactions that can be accounted for.
Each payment method will be printed out.
Use this report to balance all cash, check, and credit card transactions.

2 - Credit Report / 3 – Transferred Charges
End of Day > Report 2 - Credit Report > Report 3 – Transferred Charges
Credit Report – Displays all credited transactions taken throughout the day.
Transferred Charges – Displays transactions that were transferred to other Attendee accounts or Event Accounts.

4 – End of Day Report
End of Day report finalizes all the transactions for the day (or since the last EOD was run/finalized) and stamps all transactions with a business date of today. This will filter into revenue reporting later. (i.e. if it hasn't been run for a month, there will be a large amount of revenue showing on the date that it's eventually finalized)
This report enables the user to print a PREVIEW before actually finalizing all transactions for the day.
Once everything has been verified, run a Final Report. This will take all totals back to zero for the following day.
Report will show:

Summary of all Postings (page 1)
Room Postings Detail (attendee charges)
Room Credit Postings Detail (attendee credit charges)
Settlements (money taken in)
Till Postings Detail (cash sales transactions & credits)
Open Balances Detail

Note: This report should not be used to balance since it will show attendee open balances and charges that were posted to a room, but not necessarily settled.
