How to update SMTP details

You will need a password from Kinetic Support before you will be able to access the system settings.

 Instructions

When the SMTP credentials need updating please

  1. Open your Kinetic launcher application

  2. Launch the KxConfiguration application

  3. Select the Admin tab

  4. Select the System setup

  5. Enter the password obtained

  6. Now you are in the System Setup, please use caution here

  7. select the Kinetic tab

  8. Choose the Kinetic control settings

  9. Choose Email options sidebar
