The Frequency and Recency Report can help you see which of your clients have re booked an event and when the next event is. You can see clients over 1-3 period who have re booked over a 1-3 year period

Organise the report to show you high grossing clients and focus on their retention

Step-by-step guide


  1. You can choose your site.

    Then, do you want to see only clients who have booked one event? Or do you want to look at clients with multiple events – Choose the correct event count.

    You then have a choice to see events 1+ years ago and look forward 1+ years. So a client who books with you biannually, would not appear if the Years before and Years after was set at 1

    Choose the event types you which to focus on, or all types

  2. You can include Attendee/Delegate charges

    You can include Turndown or cancelled events

    You can order you report on various criteria
