Old Template Showing up after its been amended

Problem

When processing a document through Kx (could be any application) it is showing up the old template either in the actual application 


Solution

  1. Go into KxConfiguration
  2. Word Processing
  3. Word Templates
  4. Search for any duplicates
  5. If you cannot find any, tick "Show Inactive Templates" at the top
  6. Rename the incorrect one and mark it as inactive if not needed.
  7. Restart all applicable applications.
