Setting up email 'reply to' addresses

Step-by-step guide

Open up KxConfiguration > Admin > System Set up

This will ask you for the Admin Password which is supplied by the support team (this password lasts for 24 hours)

This will make a Kinetic tab visible.

 From here open Kinetic > Kinetic Control Settings > Email Options > Commercial.

 


This screen will give you a list of box’s as seen in the above screenshot. There will be a box called ‘SMTP Reply to’ for each application that you might wish to send correspondence to clients from a set email address.

For each application that this default send email address applies to you will need to enter the email address in the text box.

Once happy save and exit KxConfiguration.
